Culto de Jóvenes / Youth Meeting

Después de lo sucedido en el culto de jóvenes en el pasado mes de abril (si no lo leíste, da click aquí Abril) se decidió continuar con las reuniones de jóvenes. De hecho, cuando terminamos el culto de jóvenes pasado en la Ciudad de México me hicieron saber que querían hacer otro servicio especial para jóvenes esta vez en Puebla, con gusto empezamos a trabajar, planear y preparar todo para ese gran día. 

Los jóvenes de mi iglesia se juntaron para hacer limpieza del santuario y dejar todo en excelentes condiciones (muchísimas gracias).

El tiempo parecía correr demasiado lento, desde que se hizo el anuncio oficial, por seguro, todos estábamos ansiosos esperando que ese día llegara, y por fin llego. Nos levantamos el día sábado con gran alegría por lo que en unas horas iba a ocurrir, a la 1 de la tarde nos reunimos todos los jóvenes en un mismo lugar para recibir algo de parte de Dios. La iglesia se empezó a llenar de jóvenes poco a poco y dio inicio este gran día. / After what happened in the youth service last April (if you haven’t t read it, you can look for it in the past articles) it was decided to continue with the youth gatherings. In fact, when we finished the last youth service in Mexico City, they let me know that they wanted to do another special service for young people this time in Puebla, we gladly started working, planning and preparing everything for that big day.

The youth from my church came together to clean the sanctuary and leave everything in excellent condition.

Time seemed to run too slow, since the official announcement was made, for sure, we were all anxious waiting for that day to arrive, and finally arrived. We got up on Saturday with great joy for what would happen in a few hours, at 1 o'clock in the afternoon all the young people gathered in one place to receive something from God. Little by little, the church began to fill up and this great day began.

Los encargados de romper el hielo fueron los jóvenes de la iglesia del Pastor Isaí Garcia, ellos siempre hacen buen trabajo en esto (gracias por su trabajo) Obed fue el encargado de dirigir este servicio y los músicos del Pastor Báez fueron los encargados de la música. / The youth group from Pasto Isai Garcia’s church was in charge of breaking the ice, they always do a great job at this. Obed was in charge of leading the service, and the worship team from Pastor Baez were in charge of the music that day.

Los jóvenes empezaron a alabar a Dios, un poco nerviosos, el clima de este día fue bastante caluroso, pero esto no impidió nada, al poco tiempo había un ambiente de libertad. / The young people starts worshiping God, a little bir shy at first, but after a while they let they gave freedom to the Spirit of God.

Hable con hermano Paco Báez sobre predicar en este culto, el acepto con gusto y preparo un mensaje directamente para los jóvenes, un mensaje fuerte pero necesario, el hablo sobre el peligro de las redes sociales en la juventud hoy en día, la facilidad de perderse por el Internet y empezar a vivir de una manera incorrecta. Ten cuidado con las redes, no te dejes envolver. Una frase que él dijo que me gusto fue la siguiente; “Dios va a levantar una nueva generación de jóvenes pero antes tiene que limpiar los corazones.” / I spoke with brother Paco Baez about preaching in this service, he accepted it with pleasure and I prepared a message directly for the young people, a strong but necessary message, he spoke about the danger of social networks in youth today, and how easy it is for the internet to take over our lives and start living in the wrong way. Be careful with the networks, do not let yourself be wrapped up. One sentence he said I liked was the following one; "God is going to raise a new generation of young people but first he has to cleanse the hearts."  

Hubo una buena respuesta de la juventud en el altar, creo que fue un mensaje con el cual Dios nos habló directamente a todos. / There was a good response from the youth at the altar, I think it was a message with which God spoke directly to all of us.

Al concluir con el primer servicio, llego la hora tan esperada de la comida y la convivencia, la esposa de mi pastor, hermana Esther Wakefield siempre quiere recibir a los invitados de la mejor manera, ella junto con las señoritas de mi iglesia trabajaron diligentemente para hacer la comida. / At the conclusion of the first service, the long-awaited time of food and conviviality arrived. My pastor’s wife, sister Esther Wakefield always wants to receive the guests in the best way, she and the ladies of my church worked diligently to make food.

El día estaba corriendo rápido, y la hora del ultimó servicio había llegado, dirigí este culto, les pregunte a los jóvenes si estaban listos para celebrar y hacer una fiesta para Dios, con gran entusiasmo gritaron; ¡AMÉN! / The day was running fast, and the hour of the last service had arrived, I directed this service. I asked the young people if they were ready to celebrate and have a party for God, with great enthusiasm they shouted; AMEN!

La fiesta comenzó, el Pastor Isaí fue el encargado de la música, los jóvenes salieron de su lugar y empezaron a danzar delante de la presencia de Dios, en poco tiempo el Espíritu de Dios descendió y empezó a tocar la vida de los jóvenes. / The party began, Pastor Isaí was in charge of the music, the young people left their seat and began to dance in front of the presence of God, in a short time the Spirit of God descended and began to touch the lives of the young people.

Y llego la hora de la predicación, el Pastor Báez predico bajo el tema; Un nuevo comienzo, una semilla apostólica. Su mensaje fue el indicado para la juventud, fue predicando por el camino de predicar la verdad en un tiempo donde las iglesias apostólicas se han apartado de la verdad. La semilla fue plantada, tiene que dar buenos frutos. / And the time for preaching arrived. Pastor Báez preached under the theme; “A new Beginning, an Apostolic Seed.” His message was the one indicated for the youth. He encouraged us to preach the truth in a time where some apostolic churches have moved away from the truth. The seed was planted; it should give good fruit or outcomes.

La respuesta en el altar fue increíble, Dios se manifestó y lleno con su Espíritu Santo a dos personas. / The response at the altar was incredible, God manifested and filled two people with his Holy Spirit.

El día lamentablemente se terminó, sacamos la foto del recuerdo y nos empezamos a despedir y todos tomaron el camino a sus ciudades y a sus casas. / The day unfortunately ended, we took the photo for memory and we started to say goodbye and everyone took the road to their cities and their homes.

El próximo mes, tendremos otra reunión de jóvenes primeramente Dios y yo creo que tú la esperas tanto como yo, en lo que llega prepárate para lo que Dios quiere seguir haciendo en tu vida.

Gracias a ti que te tomaste el tiempo de venir, tomaste la mejor decisión, si hiciste de todo y tuviste que sacrificar cosas para asistir por seguro sabes que valió la pena.
Un especial agradecimiento a los pastores por comprometerse con la juventud, en nombre de todos los jóvenes les agradezco, esto les está haciendo bien a ellos. Los resultados pronto llegaran.

Pronto estaremos nuevamente juntos. Acuérdate que somos los apasionados de Jesucristo. Ayer fue bueno, hoy es mejor, pero lo que viene será excelente.
